Last updated: May 2026. This Cookie Policy explains how cookies work and how they are used — or not used — on the TravelSquare website.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website can place on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites function correctly, remember your preferences, or collect information about how a site is used.
2. Our Approach: No Tracking or Marketing Cookies
TravelSquare does not use analytics cookies, marketing cookies, advertising cookies or any form of cross-site tracking technology on this website.
We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other audience measurement or retargeting tool. We do not build profiles of visitors or share browsing behaviour with advertising networks.
Because we do not set non-essential cookies, this website does not display a cookie consent banner. There is nothing to accept or decline beyond what your browser itself may manage.
3. Technical Cookies and Third-Party Requests
Although TravelSquare does not set tracking cookies, two third-party services are involved when you use this website, and these may have their own technical behaviour:
- Google Fonts. This website loads typography from Google's font servers. When your browser fetches those font files, Google receives a standard web request (including your IP address) as part of delivering the fonts. TravelSquare does not receive data from this and does not control Google's handling of it. Google Fonts is used purely to deliver the site's typefaces.
- Enquiry form processing. When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent to a secure third-party service that delivers the submission to our team. As part of its standard security and spam-prevention process, that service may briefly set a session-level technical identifier in your browser. This identifier is temporary, expires when you close your browser, and is not used to track you across sites or for any purpose beyond processing your form securely. TravelSquare does not use it for analytics or marketing.
4. Your Browser Controls
All modern browsers let you view, manage, block or delete cookies through their settings. You can also use private or incognito mode, which discards any cookies set during that session when you close the window.
Blocking cookies entirely is unlikely to affect your ability to read this website, though if you block all third-party content you may see font substitutions. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.

5. Future Changes
If we add new tools to this website in the future — such as analytics, live chat, booking widgets or social media plugins — this Cookie Policy will be updated before those tools go live, and any required consent mechanism will be put in place at that time.
